Martyn took up this post in June 2017, prior to this he was the Deputy Director, Capital Investment for Department for International Trade from 2012 - 2017. Martyn has also been Director for UKTI Iberia, Madrid and has been a Diplomat with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office with postings in Spain, Portugal, Saudi Arabia and the Gulf.
